Job Duties

  • Negotiate contracts, document sales activities, and ensure accurate client records are maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project managers, and leadership, to align on client expectations.
  • Monitor compliance with contract terms and provide strategic advice to optimize client profitability and efficiency.
  • Analyze competitor strategies to innovate and retain client relationships effectively.
