To begin the recruitment process, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is credited toward your final onboarding invoice once the process is complete.

What is your Service Guarantee?

Candidate Replacement: If the candidate does not meet your job requirements within the first 90 days, we will redo the search at no additional cost.

After the Initial 90 Days: For voluntary or involuntary attrition beyond the 90-day guarantee period, we offer a replacement candidate for a fixed fee of $2,000, to help cover our recruiting, payroll, and employee readiness costs.

What is the typical recruitment-to-onboarding timeframe?

Our recruitment-to-onboarding process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and your specific requirements.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Discovery Call: We start with a no-commitment consultative call to learn about your current organizational structure, business goals, team management processes, and the roles you need to fill—whether it’s an individual hire or a full team build. During this stage, we provide tailored solutions and estimated pricing for the desired roles.
  2. $500 Down Payment: Once you decide to proceed, a $500 deposit per head-count, and a non-solicitation agreement are required to kick off the process.
  3. Candidate Sourcing: Over the next 2-3 weeks, we conduct extensive candidate sourcing. From hundreds of top-of-funnel candidates, we meticulously filter and present only a handful of pre-vetted candidates for your consideration.
  4. Client Endorsement Interviews: We arrange back-to-back interviews with only a handful of pre-vetted finalists
  5. Finalizing the Hire: If you choose to move forward, we proceed with signing the broader service agreement, onboarding invoice, and setting the candidate’s start date.

What are Employee Work Schedule Options?

Through years of experience placing talent and managing hundreds of staff, we’ve found that full-day U.S. overlap is rarely necessary unless the role is heavily client-facing, like customer support or sales. For most roles, a half-day overlap ensures excellent results ensuring we’re able to attract & place the best talent, while fostering employee well-being and long-term success.

Our schedule options are designed to reduce attrition, improve attendance, lower poaching risks, and boost productivity:

  • For East Coast & Central Clients: 3 AM to 12 PM EST 

(3 PM to 12 AM Manila time) for productive morning overlap.

  • For West Coast Clients: 2 PM to 11 PM PST
    (5 AM to 2 PM Manila time) for afternoon and evening overlap.
