To begin the recruitment process, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is credited toward your final onboarding invoice once the process is complete.
If you decide not to proceed with any of the candidates we introduce, no further payments will be invoiced.
What is your pricing?
We have roles starting as low as $1,500 Monthly*
*Stated Pricing is Based on the Desired Role and Hire; $1,500 is the Starting Price. To Obtain a Customized Quote, Please Schedule a Discovery Call So We Can Better Understand the Role and Candidate Background You’re Seeking.
*Stated Pricing is Based on an Annual Renewable Commitment; Pricing Increases by $200 for Shorter Renewable Commitments.
What is your Service Guarantee?
Candidate Replacement: If the candidate does not meet your job requirements within the first 90 days, we will redo the search at no additional cost.
After the Initial 90 Days: For voluntary or involuntary attrition beyond the 90-day guarantee period, we offer a replacement candidate for a fixed fee of $2,000, to help cover our recruiting, payroll, and employee readiness costs.
