*Payouts are based on the size of the referral and the number of employees needed by the referred client. We understand that client engagements grow at varying rates, so we will track and honor the referral’s growth for up to 12 months from the initial sign-up date.
*Commissions are paid within 30 days of each employee’s start date. For example, if a referral leads to 2 employees starting in the first month and an additional 2 employees every two months, payouts will be made within 30 days of each new group of employees added to the original referral.

What is the minimum referral size?
Referrals count at a minimum of one headcount. Most business relationships start with a pilot—one or more hires to test the waters—and grow over time. That’s why we track referrals for 12 months, ensuring you get credit as teams scale.
What types of businesses can I refer?
We partner with businesses across all industries seeking to build offshore teams. Ideal audiences for referrals include:
- Business Influencers
- Business Communities (masterminds, forums, networks)
- Service Providers (coaches, consultants, agencies)
- Online Course Creators catering to business owners
If your audience includes businesses, then they’re the perfect fit.
How do I make a referral?
Once accepted into our affiliate program, you’ll gain access to a partner dashboard. Here, you can generate your unique tracking link to share with potential referrals.
In addition to automated tracking, we manually confirm client origin during onboarding to ensure you receive proper credit.
How and when do I get paid?
Your referral commissions are deposited directly into your partner dashboard. From there, you can request payouts via your preferred payment method at any time.
What does NOT qualify as a referral?
To qualify, referrals must:
- Sign a service contract with AMZ-AllStars.
- Successfully onboard and hire at least one headcount.
Simply scheduling a discovery call does not qualify. We track referral commissions from the time the onboarding invoice is settled.
How much can I earn per referral?
You’ll earn a $500 cash commission for each headcount successfully onboarded.
If you’re a current client with ongoing invoices, you can optionally choose to take the payment as a credit applied toward future invoices instead; should you find that more convenient.
Do you offer long-term referral tracking?
Yes! Referrals are tracked for 12 months. If the business you refer adds additional headcount within this period, you’ll continue to earn commissions as they grow.
