AMZ All-Stars Terms of Service

AMZ All-Stars provides staffing solutions. Our Service includes but is not limited to the provision of remote staffing, consultation, and support services. AMZ All-Stars operates globally with affiliated offices in the Philippines and financial & contractual operations conducted by Virtuous Companies, LLC in Puerto Rico.

4.Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Virtuous Companies LLC, which operates in conjunction with AMZ All-Stars, and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

5.User Information

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to provide accurate and complete information, such as your name, email address, and payment details. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide. Any unauthorized access or use of your information should be reported to AMZ All-Stars immediately.

6.Payment and Billing

AMZ All-Stars utilizes Stripe.com & Invoiced.com for secure payment processing. While we collect payment details via our website, all payment information is securely processed and stored by Stripe.com & Invoiced.com. We do not store credit card details on our servers. By using the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as outlined in your agreement with AMZ All-Stars.

7.Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium.
• Using automated systems, such as bots or spiders, to access the Service.
• Transmitting spam or other unsolicited communications.
• Attempting to interfere with the Service's functionality or security.
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the Service.

8.Intellectual Property

The Service and all materials therein, including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the property of AMZ All-Stars and/or Virtuous Companies LLC or their licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Puerto Rico.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms. Please note that any termination or suspension of the Service does not override the terms set forth in any separate contractual agreements you may have entered into with Virtuous Companies LLC for services provided by AMZ All-Stars. In such cases, the terms of the contractual agreement will prevail over this Section.

14.Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. However, any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations that impact services covered under a separate contractual agreement with Virtuous Companies LLC will be governed by the terms and conditions of that specific agreement. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service, provided that such changes comply with the terms of your existing contractual agreement with Virtuous Companies LLC.
