Job Duties
  • Financial Management: Manage financial transactions, including credit card and bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and receivable processes.
  • Project Financial Oversight: Collaborate with managers to forecast project costs, monitor timelines, and ensure budget accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, update, and summarize monthly financial reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Financial Forecasting: Develop and update annual budgets to support strategic planning and organizational goals.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile all accounts monthly to ensure accurate records and compliance with financial standards.
  • Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Investor Reporting: Prepare and deliver quarterly reports for investor review, highlighting key financial metrics and performance trends.
  • Financial Transactions: Process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journal entries, balance sheets, and project budgets.
  • Cost Tracking: Monitor and classify expenses to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Document Management: Update and store records securely on Dropbox, including contracts, budgets, reports, invoices, and project documents.
