Job Duties
- Oversee and approve marketing collateral, including website banners, brochures, case studies, and other materials that reflect the brand's identity.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, measuring success against established KPIs and providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Develop and implement growth-driven strategies to drive high-quality traffic to the company's digital assets.
- Own and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, from ideation and execution to performance analysis, ensuring they align with startup goals.
- Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels (content creation, PPC campaigns, social media, lead generation, etc.) to find the most effective tactics.
- Create engaging content for the website and blog, optimized to attract and convert target audiences, driving growth and product awareness.
- Build and foster strategic partnerships with industry influencers, agencies, and vendors to amplify marketing efforts.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with quarterly and annual goals.
- Track consumer behavior and adapt email marketing and advertising strategies to optimize engagement and conversions.
