Job Duties
  • Resident Acquisition: Engage with prospective residents, follow up on leads, and lease apartments, ensuring a smooth application process.
  • Property Showings: Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and amenities to potential residents.
  • Resident Relations: Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns, fostering strong relationships.
  • Property Presentation: Ensure the leasing office, model units, and common areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed leasing records, preparing regular reports as required.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with property management and maintenance teams to address resident needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about local real estate market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position properties.
