Job Duties

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure properties adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and tenant laws.
  • Property Operations: Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, repairs, tenant relations, and property renovations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to develop strategies to optimize property performance, maximize occupancy, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and improvements.
