We are seeking a talented Account Executive to join our team and build strong, lasting relationships with our clients. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and primary contact for clients, overseeing the full sales process and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

In this role, you will:
- Act as the primary contact for client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution by escalating when needed.
- Assist the sales team in identifying up-selling or cross-selling opportunities to drive additional business.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve sales goals and client quotas.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to finalizing deals and onboarding clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term client relationships.
- Deliver compelling presentations on agency services and solutions, customized to client needs.
- Provide after-sales support to strengthen client loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, anticipating their needs and offering proactive solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, document sales activities, and ensure accurate client records are maintained.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project managers, and leadership, to align on client expectations.
- Monitor compliance with contract terms and provide strategic advice to optimize client profitability and efficiency.
- Analyze competitor strategies to innovate and retain client relationships effectively.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven success as an Account Executive or similar role in sales and client management within an agency setting.
- Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about consistently exceeding targets.
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with various internal departments.
- Familiarity with key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and retention, to track success.

- Background in customer service with experience in an agency setting.
