We are seeking a Client Specialist to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our clients. In this role, you will onboard new clients, develop customized strategies, and oversee projects to ensure they meet client objectives and timelines.
Responsibilities include conducting consultations to understand client needs, providing regular updates on progress, and identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction and revenue. You will also collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive strategies and promote new services. In this role, you will:
- Onboard new clients by gathering detailed information on their business objectives, target audience, and budget.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their specific needs and pain points.
- Develop customized marketing strategies aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Manage and oversee client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, proactive problem-solving, and exceptional service.
- Provide regular progress reports to clients, highlighting key achievements and addressing any concerns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Effectively communicate product and service offerings to clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Collaborate with account executives and account managers to develop comprehensive client strategies and plans.
- Promote new services and campaigns to existing clients, demonstrating the agency's value and innovation.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Client Success Specialist or similar sales role within the agency industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Skilled in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for efficient client and data management.
- Solid understanding of sales principles and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented with excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing and managing customized marketing strategies for clients.
