We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our agency and support the execution of innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you will manage social media platforms, assist in creating engaging content, and contribute to email marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, supporting event planning, and conducting market research to inform strategies. You will also provide administrative support to the marketing team and create basic design assets. In this role, you will:
- Social Media Management: Oversee scheduling and management of posts across all social platforms, engaging with comments, monitoring trends, and refining strategy based on audience responses.
- Content Creation: Assist in crafting engaging and relevant content tailored to various marketing channels.
- Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including segmentation of lists, content development, and tracking performance metrics.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and organizing both online and offline marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and product launches
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze marketing data to produce reports, track campaign performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights to support strategy development.
- Graphic Design: Create basic design assets, including social media graphics, email banners, and other collateral using design tools.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling inquiries.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting effective messages.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
- Basic graphic design skills, with familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated passion for marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing social media accounts and executing email marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Familiarity with event planning and coordination in a marketing context.
- Knowledge of marketing performance metrics and how to track them effectively.
- Prior experience working in an agency setting is an advantage.
