In this role, you will:
- Create engaging visuals and graphics for digital marketing campaigns, such as social media ads and email campaigns, to drive results for agency clients.
- Collaborate with agency marketing and product teams to ensure design concepts align with client objectives and follow brand guidelines.
- Develop innovative design concepts and layouts for marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, tailored to diverse agency clients and their unique brand identities.
- Organize and manage design assets and files systematically to streamline project workflows and maintain easy access for agency use.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing, bringing fresh insights to enhance the agency’s creative offerings.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Marketing Designer or in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, for efficient production of high-quality designs.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout tailored to diverse client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in a dynamic agency environment.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities to balance multiple client projects and meet deadlines successfully.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
