In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with agency teams and clients to define target audiences and craft tailored media campaign strategies.
- Research, compare, and negotiate competitive rates for ad space and airtime across platforms, ensuring maximum value for client budgets.
- Optimize media plans and allocate budgets effectively, creating the best media mix to achieve client objectives.
- Develop and adjust campaign schedules as needed to align with shifting goals and market conditions.
- Experiment with emerging platforms and channels, assessing their potential to enhance client campaigns.
- Ensure that all ads are creatively compelling, brand-consistent, and appropriately displayed across media.
- Monitor costs and analyze return on investment (ROI) to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by regularly reporting on campaign progress and discussing performance improvements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Ads Manager, ideally within an agency or with a focus on digital media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of media-buying, planning, and research in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Familiarity with media analytics tools (e.g., comScore) to assess and optimize campaign impact.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to secure competitive deals and maintain vendor relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
- High attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
