SEO Specialist Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our agency and optimize websites for maximum visibility and organic traffic growth. In this role, you will conduct keyword research, perform competitor audits, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

In this role, you will:
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for improved visibility.
- On-Page SEO: Implement techniques such as keyword placement, meta tags, and internal linking to optimize website content.
- Backlink Management: Perform backlink audits to assess link quality and identify growth opportunities.
- Content Strategy: Conduct competitor content audits and gap analyses to refine strategies and uncover improvement areas.
- Content Creation Support: Build and manage content calendars aligned with SEO objectives and agency goals, and develop detailed content briefs informed by SERP analysis.
- Page Optimization: Optimize web pages and blog posts to adhere to SEO best practices for improved search rankings.
- Performance Monitoring: Track keyword performance, monitor ranking shifts, and evaluate the impact of keywords on organic traffic.
- Reporting: Provide detailed ranking and organic traffic reports, offering actionable insights into campaign progress.
- Additional Tasks: Handle additional SEO-related responsibilities as required by the team or clients.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, backlink analysis tools, and SEO monitoring software.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of interpreting data and providing actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to plan and execute effective backlink campaigns.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
