Graphic Designer Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and elevate our eCommerce initiatives through visually compelling, brand-aligned designs. In this role, you will create and optimize a wide range of digital assets, including product images, web pages, promotional banners, advertisements, and social media content, all aimed at enhancing the online shopping experience and driving engagement.

You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet branding requirements and project goals, while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. From initial drafts to final deliverables, you’ll take ownership of the design process, integrating feedback to produce polished, impactful visuals. Staying on top of design trends and leveraging the latest tools, you’ll ensure our digital presence remains modern, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. In this role, you will: 

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand eCommerce goals and ensure design materials meet specific objectives and branding requirements.
  • Design and develop a range of eCommerce assets, including product images, web pages, promotional banners, advertisements, and social media content to enhance online sales.
  • Review final digital designs to ensure they are error-free, responsive, and meet client specifications, ensuring seamless integration on eCommerce platforms.
  • Integrate illustrations, photographs, and design elements that align with the brand’s theme and tone, optimizing for user experience and visual appeal on digital platforms.
  • Produce design drafts for client and team review, incorporating feedback to optimize the final output for online use.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.), with a focus on tools used for digital and eCommerce design.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple eCommerce initiatives and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality control, ensuring product images and other eCommerce assets are accurate and visually compelling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Capable of managing multiple eCommerce design projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards for visual quality and consistency.
  • Reliable in meeting deadlines, ensuring all assets are delivered on time for product launches or marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams, including marketing, product, and development teams, to drive eCommerce success.
