Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts to success. In this role, you will create and execute innovative strategies to attract, engage, and convert qualified traffic.

Responsibilities include designing and managing cross-channel marketing campaigns, overseeing budgets, and collaborating with industry partners. You will also develop engaging content, analyze consumer behavior, and report on campaign effectiveness. If you are strategic, data-driven, and passionate about delivering impactful marketing campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you will: 

  • Create strategies and tactics to attract qualified traffic.
  • Lead marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring their success.
  • Test and utilize a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels, such as content creation, content curation, PPC campaigns, event management, public relations, social media, lead generation, copywriting, and performance analysis.
  • Develop compelling and valuable content for our website and blog that engages and converts target audiences.
  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Prepare and track the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to brochures and case studies.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and evaluating success against objectives.
  • Analyze consumer behavior to optimize email and advertising campaigns.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing with the ability and drive to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying target audiences and creating cross-channel marketing campaigns that educate and engage.
  • Strong proficiency with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Numerically adept, with the ability to analyze metrics and process data through spreadsheets.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field (BSc/MSc).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to develop compelling and valuable content for websites and blogs.
  • Experience building strong partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Expertise in preparing and tracking marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • A keen eye for design and a passion for creating strong, engaging communication.
  • Ability to analyze consumer behavior and optimize email and advertising campaigns.
