We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our team and enhance our website’s search engine performance. In this role, you will conduct keyword research, optimize web pages and blog posts, and implement strategies to boost organic traffic and improve rankings.
Responsibilities include performing competitor content audits, building content calendars, and conducting backlink analysis to ensure robust SEO practices. You will also generate performance reports, track keyword rankings, and address any SEO-related tasks to maintain a competitive edge. In this role, you will:
- Conduct keyword research: Identify relevant keywords with high search volume and low competition using tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush.
- Analyze Google Page One headings: Review headings on top-ranking pages to understand content structure and keyword usage.
- Perform competitor content audits or identify content gaps: Analyze competitor content to find strengths, weaknesses, and missing topics to target.
- Build content calendars: Plan and schedule content based on strategic goals and keyword priorities.
- Create content outlines or briefs based on Google SERP analysis: Develop outlines with keywords, headings, and content structure based on top-ranking pages.
- Optimize web pages and blog posts: Improve meta tags, headings, images, and internal links to boost rankings.
- Implement on-page SEO: Apply SEO techniques like optimizing HTML, improving URLs, and enhancing page speed.
- Conduct backlink audits: Analyze and evaluate backlinks to identify harmful links and build quality ones.
- Track keyword performance: Monitor rankings and performance of target keywords over time.
- Generate ranking and organic traffic reports: Create reports showing rankings, traffic, and performance insights for review.
- Handle other related tasks as requested: Support other SEO activities like audits, research, or tool testing as needed.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Track record in planning and executing backlink campaigns.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and backlink analysis tools.
- Strong skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
