Shopify Admin Job Description

We are seeking a talented Shopify Admin to join our team and take charge of managing and optimizing our Shopify store for maximum performance and sales. In this role, you will enhance website layout, oversee product listings, and address customer inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities include tracking website performance metrics, implementing improvements to boost conversion rates, and collaborating with marketing teams to maintain cohesive branding. In this role, you will: 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
  • Track and evaluate website performance metrics to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
  • Enhance website layout and user experience to boost conversion rates.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders and product details.
  • Oversee and maintain Shopify product listings, ensuring accurate and appealing product titles, descriptions, and images.
  • Stay informed on e-commerce trends and industry best practices to maximize sales potential.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Shopify Admin or in a similar e-commerce role.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices, including website design, user experience, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency with the Shopify platform, including familiarity with apps and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design or e-commerce software.
  • Experience enhancing website layout and user experience to improve conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with tracking and evaluating website performance metrics to implement improvements.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce trends and industry best practices to maximize sales potential.
  • Proven ability to address customer inquiries and resolve online order issues efficiently.
