Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead impactful marketing campaigns and drive measurable results for our agency clients. In this role, you will develop strategies, manage budgets, and oversee campaigns from concept to execution.

Responsibilities include creating engaging content, optimizing acquisition channels, and building strategic partnerships to expand the agency's influence. You will also analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies based on consumer behavior insights, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations. In this role, you will: 

  • Create a valuable and engaging website and blog content that attracts and converts the target audience of agency clients.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors to expand the agency’s influence and reach.
  • Develop comprehensive strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic for agency clients across various digital channels.
  • Launch and manage successful marketing campaigns from initial concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Experiment with and optimize both organic and paid acquisition channels, including content creation, PPC campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation, and performance analysis.
  • Manage the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, making informed allocation decisions to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials, such as website banners, brochures, and case studies, ensuring consistency with client brands.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance, analyze results against goals, and gain insights for future improvements.
  • Assess consumer behavior insights to adjust email, social, and advertising campaigns, optimizing for better engagement and conversion rates.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for improved performance and client ROI.
  • Proven expertise in identifying target audiences and designing cross-channel marketing campaigns that engage and motivate.
  • Numerically savvy, skilled in interpreting metrics and working with spreadsheets to analyze campaign performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, with a growth mindset and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and a passion for creating compelling copy and creative communication.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, analytics, and campaign measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and making data-driven allocation decisions.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players.
  • Knowledge of advanced PPC and SEO strategies for driving client success.
  • Strong project management skills to lead campaigns across multiple channels effectively.
