In this role, you will:
- Client Management: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to protect the company’s reputation.
- Sales Presentation: Present media products and solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating their value and relevance.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Opportunity Development: Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide exceptional after-sales service, reinforcing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiation and Compliance: Negotiate client agreements, ensuring compliance with contract terms by all parties.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Prior experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the media industry.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
