In this role, you will: 

  • Creative Development: Design and execute visual concepts that align with client branding and marketing strategies.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to ensure design materials meet their vision and goals.
  • Presentation: Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and perfect ideas.
  • Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Revisions and Refinement: Adjust designs based on client and stakeholder feedback, maintaining a flexible approach to evolving needs.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all design outputs are accurate, high-quality, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Team Contribution: Actively participate in team meetings, offering insights and ideas to enhance creative projects.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Professional Experience: 2–3 years of experience in brand design, illustration, or a similar role, ideally within the media industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or comparable graphic design software.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design styles and techniques, with examples relevant to media campaigns.
  • Attention to Detail: Proven ability to produce polished, high-quality work.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities to align with client and team expectations.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think innovatively and adapt to shifting design priorities.
  • Trend Awareness: Familiarity with current design trends and a proactive approach to incorporating new ideas into projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Skills: Experience with animation or motion graphics software such as After Effects.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with media-specific design needs, including ad formats and audience engagement strategies.
  • Leadership: Experience mentoring or managing junior designers in a team setting.
  • Cross-Platform Expertise: Knowledge of design requirements for digital, print, and broadcast mediums.
