We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in the media industry. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to design and deliver high-quality visual materials that resonate with target audiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in crafting designs for various platforms, from digital campaigns to print publications, ensuring each piece meets brand standards and client expectations.

In this role, you will:
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their visual and thematic requirements for various projects.
- Design Creation: Develop visuals for web pages, logos, brochures, book and magazine covers, signage, annual reports, and advertisements.
- Creative Integration: Incorporate illustrations, photos, and design elements to effectively capture the intended style and tone.
- Drafting and Revisions: Produce initial design drafts for client review and refine them based on feedback.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final reviews to ensure all designs meet client specifications, are error-free, and adhere to brand standards.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously enhance creative output.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Design Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.).
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for visual quality and meticulous attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Effective collaboration and communication skills to work harmoniously with diverse teams.
- Project Management: Capability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
- Portfolio: Demonstrated experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Media Industry Experience: Previous experience in a graphic design role within the media industry.
- Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly and adjust designs to evolving project requirements.
- Innovative Thinking: Creative problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking approach to design challenges.
- Typography Expertise: Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
