We are looking for a talented Marketing Designer to join our team and bring creative concepts to life through exceptional design work. In this role, you will:
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain design files and assets systematically, ensuring easy access for team members.
- Trend Integration: Stay updated on graphic design and digital marketing trends, incorporating fresh ideas to produce modern, high-quality visuals.
- Digital Design: Create visuals and graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including email templates, social media ads, and web banners.
- Print Materials: Develop creative concepts and layouts for brochures, flyers, presentations, and other print marketing collateral.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align designs with brand standards and achieve business objectives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs reflect the company’s brand identity and messaging, maintaining consistency across channels.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to the design process to enhance efficiency and quality.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Marketing Designer or a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational skills with effective time management to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creativity: Demonstrated ability to produce innovative, engaging designs that align with marketing goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their visual requirements.
- Experience with Tools: Proficiency in additional design tools, such as Figma or Sketch, is a plus.
