Marketing Manager Job Description

We are looking for an innovative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the media industry. In this role, you will: 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to drive traffic and engagement within the media sector.
  • Campaign Management: Led the end-to-end implementation of successful marketing campaigns, utilizing both organic and paid channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging, high-value content for websites, blogs, and other platforms to attract and convert target audiences.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture strategic relationships with influencers, agencies, and vendors to expand the brand’s reach.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage the quarterly and annual marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation aligns with organizational goals.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights to optimize future initiatives.
  • Consumer Behavior Analysis: Monitor and assess consumer behavior trends, adapting email and advertising strategies as needed.
  • Material Approval: Oversee and approve marketing collateral, including banners, brochures, and case studies, to maintain brand consistency.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in marketing, with a strong aptitude for learning and adapting to new trends.
  • Audience Targeting: Demonstrated ability to identify and engage target audiences through cross-channel campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, and WebTrends.
  • Creativity: Keen eye for aesthetics, messaging, and copywriting to craft engaging and impactful campaigns.
  • Campaign Expertise: Experience in planning and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns and other paid acquisition methods.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and reporting skills to share insights with stakeholders.
  • Industry Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices for performance measurement.

Preferred Qualifications:
