Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead projects from initial conception to final delivery, ensuring they align with business objectives and exceed client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and track progress while mitigating risks and addressing challenges as they arise.

As a key contributor, you will play an essential role in ensuring seamless execution of media-related projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining client satisfaction. Your organizational skills, strategic thinking, and ability to adapt to changing priorities will drive success in this role.

In this role, you will: 

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Risk and Opportunity Assessment: Identify potential risks and opportunities, devising strategies to mitigate or capitalize on them.
  • Progress Monitoring: Oversee project phases, ensuring milestones are met and addressing any challenges promptly.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project reports, plans, and updates for stakeholders.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven track record in managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams, preferably within the media industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira) and CRM tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to engage with stakeholders effectively.
  • Organizational Abilities: Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills to handle competing demands.
