In this role, you will: 

• Financial Forecasting and Planning: Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and approving or rejecting proposed budgets.
• Risk Management and Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, implement effective risk management strategies, and develop contingency plans.
• Investment Decision-Making: Evaluate investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and recommend profitable ventures.
• Team Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of accountants and financial professionals, manage cash flows, and allocate resources effectively.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct profit and cost analyses, create financial models, and deliver accurate reports to stakeholders.
• Financial Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, implement robust security measures, and safeguard confidential information.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance, or similar senior financial leadership role.
• Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, and financial analysis.
• Budgeting and Risk Management: Hands-on experience in creating and managing budgets and implementing risk management strategies.
• Data Analysis and Forecasting: Proficiency in analyzing financial data and developing accurate forecasting models.
