In this role, you will:
- Data Entry: Accurately input and organize a variety of real estate data, including property details, financial information, and market trends, into databases and spreadsheets.
- Data Verification: Cross-check data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness, resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Data Retrieval: Retrieve and provide property information, market trends, and other relevant data from databases or electronic files as needed.
- Data Backup: Perform regular backups of important real estate data to prevent loss or damage.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain both physical and digital property documents, such as leases, contracts, and property records, ensuring they are easily accessible.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and real estate software, with fast and accurate typing skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all entered and verified data.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in data management is a plus.
