Operations Assistant Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to support our Operations Manager and contribute to the success of our real estate projects. In this role, you will manage schedules, assist with hiring and training, and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include performing administrative tasks, maintaining operational schedules, and facilitating cross-departmental communication. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the real estate industry, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact.
In this role, you will:
- Team Management: Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members, ensuring they are equipped to meet company standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and the successful execution of operational activities.
- Schedule Management: Maintain and update operational schedules, tracking deadlines and project milestones.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as needed, including preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining records to support the Operations Manager.
- Task Coordination: Assist with project tracking and ensure all tasks are aligned with the department’s objectives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Proven work experience in real estate operations, property management, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using property management systems, scheduling software, and standard office tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Relevant Training: Certifications or training in property management, real estate operations, or a related area are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with real estate operations software and tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Experience in supporting multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
