In this role, you will:

- Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources to meet project deadlines and achieve organizational objectives.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and execution of real estate projects.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts or challenges within remote teams, maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Team Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting employee engagement and motivation.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or real estate, with a proven track record of success.
- Remote Team Management: Demonstrated experience leading and managing remote teams in a virtual environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving team performance and engagement.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in project management software and other relevant tools for resource and workflow management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities to guide improvements and measure success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in project or operations management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate software and tools, such as property management systems or CRMs.
- Experience in leading operational transformations or scaling processes in a growing organization.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and trends to align operations with industry demands.
