We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Improvement Specialist to manage property enhancement initiatives, from planning to execution. In this role, you will develop project plans, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and oversee renovations, repairs, and upgrades.

In this role, you will:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed plans and timelines for property improvement projects, ensuring alignment with operational and financial goals.

- Vendor Management: Solicit and evaluate bids from contractors and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring services meet quality and budget expectations.
- Project Oversight: Monitor progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and verify compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough records of project details, including expenses, timelines, and compliance documentation, for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets agreed-upon standards and addresses any deficiencies promptly.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in property improvement project management or a similar role in the real estate industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Construction Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of construction principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with contractors, vendors, and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at identifying challenges and implementing practical, efficient solutions.
- Financial Management: Basic understanding of budgeting and financial management to control project costs effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
