We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to lead the management and operations of our property portfolio. In this role, you will oversee property teams, maintain financial accountability, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Key responsibilities include supervising daily property operations, managing budgets, addressing tenant needs, and coordinating maintenance and repairs. In this role, you will:
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead property management teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage property budgets, track expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure properties adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, including safety standards and tenant laws.
- Property Operations: Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, repairs, tenant relations, and property renovations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to develop strategies to optimize property performance, maximize occupancy, and enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and improvements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar leadership role in real estate.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple properties and priorities efficiently.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with property management software and tools for effective tracking and reporting.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, ARM, or RMP).
- Experience managing a portfolio of properties or large-scale residential/commercial complexes.
- Familiarity with industry trends and market analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Advanced skills in budgeting and financial forecasting to maximize property profitability.
