We are seeking a talented Advertising Designer to join our tech startup and create visually engaging designs that elevate our brand and marketing efforts. In this role, you will: 

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and client teams to develop and refine visual concepts that align with the brand’s identity and business goals.
• Research and stay ahead of design trends, integrating new tools and technologies to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and make adjustments to ensure designs resonate with target audiences.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Provide mentorship to junior designers, offering guidance on processes and supporting their growth within the team.
• Ensure all designs meet the highest quality and accuracy standards while adhering to deadlines and technical requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, contributing creative insights to discussions on design strategy, product design, and brand development.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and evolving needs, maintaining flexibility and delivering innovative solutions.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in brand design, illustration, or a related role, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles, including digital work, branding, and user interface design.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a willingness to think outside the box to address challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on delivering polished, high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and manage client expectations.
• Adaptability to evolving design needs and priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deliver results on time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring or leading junior designers in a collaborative environment.
