• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to design and implement data-driven strategies aligned with business goals.

• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets to ensure high-quality, actionable data.
• Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to drive business strategies, optimize operations, and fuel growth.
• Communicate data findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in an easy-to-understand format, enabling informed decision-making.
• Develop and apply machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) to create data-driven solutions for business problems.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced tech startup.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, manipulation, and predictive modeling using machine learning techniques.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Excellent problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
