In this role, you will:
- Organize and manage design assets, ensuring files are properly stored and easily accessible for the team.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and integrate new design techniques and tools to stay ahead of the curve and enhance marketing efforts.
- Create innovative design concepts and layouts for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
- Design visually engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media ads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure design work aligns with the company’s business goals and brand identity.
- Optimize designs for various platforms, ensuring consistency across digital and print channels.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions to enhance overall marketing strategies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a marketing design role, preferably within a tech startup environment.
- Strong proficiency with graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- A deep understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple design projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
