We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic tech startup and drive lead generation efforts. In this role, you will connect with potential clients, qualify sales opportunities, and support the sales team in building lasting relationships.

In this role, you will:
- Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with prospects, qualifying them as potential sales opportunities for the company’s offerings.
- Actively seek and explore new business opportunities in the market, positioning the company as a key player in the industry.
- Drive lead generation and relationship-building by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new sales opportunities in the tech market.
- Manage a pipeline of qualified leads, engaging with decision-makers to drive the sales process forward and secure the next steps.
- Identify and implement best practices to refine and optimize the company’s lead generation playbook for scalable growth.
- Utilize CRM tools, cold calling, and email outreach to generate new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls between prospects and executive leadership (CEO, CFO, CIO, or COO) to discuss strategic partnerships or sales opportunities.
- Represent and promote the company’s innovative products and services to potential clients in the tech industry.
- Lead consumer research efforts to understand how our solutions address the needs of target audiences and align with market demands.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally within a tech startup or the technology sector.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone and via email, with the ability to build rapport and engage potential clients effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite for managing tasks and communications.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset to address customer needs and identify solutions.
- A strong desire for career growth, with an ambition to advance within the sales organization as the company expands.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-performance standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
